Brenda’s career began in the late 1990’s after obtaining her degree in Behavioral Science from San Jose State University. She’s held several positions in the real estate industry including; loan processing, loan underwriting, corporate management and holds a brokerage license that’s helped her close many real estate sales.
Brenda’s understanding of the Bay Area market and her impeccable customer service skills bridge the gap between her clients and their obstacles by acting as an expert liaison to help them achieve the best results possible, be it property management or buying or selling a home. She has extensive knowledge of the home loan process from beginning-to-end and understands the intricate details of the home buying or selling transaction. Her expertise of property management ensures homeowners their property is in good hands and will be well taken care of, while helping them get the best rental price possible through professional marketing, negotiation and communication.
Brenda has serviced Alameda, Contra Costa and Santa Clara counties and is currently a member of the Bay East Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and National Associations of Realtors.
Brenda lives here in Hayward with her husband. They love to travel, and are self-proclaimed “foodies” who have a passion for exotic cuisine and love to taste new foods and try new restaurants in the Bay Area. They have a fondness for Favorite Indian Restaurant in Hayward, as the choices for gluten-free delicacies are plentiful!
